The body is the interface with the world and it's condition reflects your internal health and also your daily mood. A busy lifestyle, often with poor rest, results in us looking tired and weak. Complexions look older, in need of restoration and balance, which is why our goal at Sweet Escape is to create a setting where clients can feel like they're "on vacation" without being far from home.

 

For a few hours, they can leave behind all of their troubles and relax in a serene and pleasant atmosphere with dim lights, soothing music and soft colors. The client is our number one priority and we make certain that each one leaves feeling their absolute best.

 

Our experienced specialist provide pure relaxation in a luxurious, tranquil retreat like setting.

 

Policies

We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality services, using the best products, in a professional and comfortable environment. Our dedicated, specialist continually improve their skills by learning and perfecting new techniques to make you look and feel great.
You will walk out of our brand new facility feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Appointments 

We suggest that you make an appointment at least one week in advance (2 weeks for weekend appointments) to ensure the most convenient time for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hour notice of any cancellation in consideration of our specialist who set aside their time for you. If we do not receive proper notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the services reserved. If you have a voucher from one of our deal sites and do not cancel within at least 24 hours your voucher will be voided. 

Cell Phones

Please respect fellow guests and the tranquility we provide and turn your cell phone off upon arrival. Please inform your specialist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests.

Gift Cards

You can now purchase gift certificates at the spa. Gift Certificates make great gifts and are available in any denomination. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed as cash, taxes or gratuities.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of service. You may tip the specialist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash. An 18% gratuity will be added for all group bookings of 4 or more.

Check in

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so we may go over your specific needs and requests. While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not inconvenience other guests. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please arrive plenty early so you can relax in our brand new facility!

Spa Etiquette

Please let your specialist know of any concerns, special needs or questions prior to your treatment. Please comment on room temperature, treatment, massage pressure or anything else that would enhance your experience with us.
